Its success is attributed to the CAE community which honors every two years the BEFORE REALITY conference as a perfect chance to get together, and promote an international exchange of the latest concepts, knowledge, and development requirements on our software products and services.

SUBMISSION

Submit your abstract

An abstract of approximately 300 words, about your work related to our software suite, should be submitted for consideration, in English.
The abstract should clearly state the purpose, results, and conclusions of the work.

Submit your presentation title and abstract by: April 28th, 2023 - EXTENDED.

We will notify you about our acceptance by: May 5th, 2023 - EXTENDED.

Presenting authors, whose abstracts will be accepted and are designated as speakers, will be asked to:
- register to the event,
- send us a final abstract, or extended abstract, or paper by: May 26th, 2023 - EXTENDED,
- send us the presentation files no later than June 2, 2023.

To keep a low overall budget for all participants, there is no participation fee.

All delegates will receive:
- delegate pack and full conference attendance,

- coffee breaks during the event,
- lunch for the duration of the event,
- free attendance to the social events.
