BETA CAE Systems strengthens its presence in Asia
by acquiring VARDAR CAE Technologies

We are excited to announce that BETA CAE Systems has completed the acquisition of its business partner in India, VARDAR CAE Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an affiliated company of the Xitadel Group, and that assumes the distribution and support of its software in India. Soon, we will operate in the region as BETA CAE Systems India Pvt. Ltd.
