The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is a professional society for the field of aerospace engineering. Its purpose is to ignite and celebrate aerospace ingenuity and collaboration, and its importance to our way of life. With nearly 30,000 individual members from 91 countries, and 95 corporate members, AIAA is the world’s largest technical society dedicated to the global aerospace profession.
BETA CAE Systems, a major engineering Aerospace Industry, is proud to be a Corporate Member to AIAA.
BETA CAE Systems became a member of the Association for Standardisation of Automation and Measuring Systems (ASAM). The aim of the association is to promote the international standardization of automation and measuring systems. For this purpose ASAM has developed a range of standards for different aspects of the life cycle of measuring data, ranging from the communication of measuring data recording systems to interfaces for data evaluation. The ASAM/ODS standard also provides a generic data model, interfaces, syntax and formats for selective accessing, exchanging, and storing measuring data.
The American Society of Biomechanics (ASB) was founded in 1977 to encourage and foster the exchange of information and ideas among biomechanists working in different disciplines and to facilitate the development of biomechanics as a basic and applied science.
ASB has a membership of approximately 850 academic researchers, clinicians, scientists, students, and industry members working to solve basic and applied problems in the realm of biomechanics and to improve understanding of the workings of biological systems.

BETA CAE Systems is proud to support ASSESS Initiative. The ASSESS Initiative was formed to bring together key players, both users and developers of simulation software, to guide and influence the software tool strategies for performing model-based analysis, simulation, and systems engineering with a vision "To significantly expand the use and benefit of software tools for model-based analysis, simulation, and systems engineering in the engineering applications domain."
BETA CAE Systems is proud to be a member of the CFD General Notation System (CGNS) steering committee.
The CFD General Notation System (CGNS) provides a general, portable, and extensible standard for the storage and retrieval of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis data. It consists of a collection of conventions, and free and open software implementing those conventions. It is self-descriptive, machine-independent, well-documented, and administered by an international steering committee.
BETA CAE Systems , acknowledging the necessity for broad co-operations and alliances for the realization of PLM, supports the "Code of PLM Openness (CPO)" initiative and is aligned to its principles. We believe that openness and standardization in data exchange are key components for the evolution and deployment of efficient PLM practices.Code of PLM Openness statement
BETA CAE Systems is a Corporate Member of the European Society of Biomechanics (ESB). The European Society of Biomechanics was founded in 1976 at a meeting in Brussels of 20 scientists from 11 countries. It is now the largest Biomechanics society in Europe with over 750 members. Our goal is to encourage research, disseminate knowledge and promote progress in Biomechanics.
BETA CAE Systems is proud to join the community to contribute to the increase of simulation deployment in the domain of Biomechanics.
The Functional Mock-up Interface (FMI) is a free standard that defines a container and an interface to exchange dynamic simulation models using a combination of XML files, binaries and C code. It is supported by more than 170 software and is maintained as a Modelica Association Project. BETA CAE Systems software systems support FMI standard, and these are included in the respective public tools list.
BETA CAE Systems is a proud Associated Partner to Horizon Europe MSCA doctoral network GECKO (Design for IsoGeometric Analysis (IGA) discretization workflows).
GECKO is an international consortium of high-profile universities, research institutions and companies located in Europe. The mission of GECKO is to train 10 doctoral candidates (DCs) aiming at bridging the existing gap between the CAD and the computational models (CAE) and integrating them within the industrial workflow.
BETA CAE Systems is a member of JT Open program community
run by Siemens PLM Software. JT Open is an influential
community of users, software vendors, and interested parties
spanning the PLM value chain who, through an open distribution
of the JT technology under a level playing field business model, are able to exchange 3D data for the purposes of visualization,
collaboration and data sharing.
MeDiTATe (the Medical Digital Twin for Aneurysm Prevention and Treatment), a project funded from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, will deliver a comprehensive framework of simulation and imaging technologies, targeted at industrial and clinical-translation to accelerate the process of personalised cardiovascular medical procedure, validated through an integrated experimental programme to ultimately improve patient care.
The core idea of MeDiTATe is therefore to develop a Digital Twin and to make it available as “a service” for all in academia, hospital and industry.
BETA is a proud supporting partner to the MeDiTATe project.
BETA CAE Systems is a member of NAFEMS.
NAFEMS is a vendor neutral, not-for-profit membership association of more than 800 companies from all over the world. The scope of activities spans the original finite element methods, through CFD to Optimization. As new application areas and techniques constantly evolve, NAFEMS becomes involved to create awareness and deliver appropriate education and training.
BETA CAE Systems is a member of ProSTEP iViP Association.
The ProSTEP iViP Association is an international association that has committed itself to developing innovative approaches to solving problems and modern standards for product data management and virtual product creation.
Revolution in Simulation is a web-based platform and resource center that educates, advocates, collaborates and innovates for the democratization of Simulation.
